We are looking for an AI Engineer to join the AI Hub team of an international technology company and develop modern solutions using Agentic AI, LLMs, and Generative AI. This role is for someone who wants to work on solutions used in real business environments—from architecture design through development to deployment and production maintenance.

Designing, developing, and deploying production Agentic AI solutions
Creating systems using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, memory, state machines, and multi-agent orchestration
Building and developing backend systems, APIs, and integrations with existing systems and data sources
Using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
Creating solutions that run in cloud and on-premise environments
Developing monitoring, evaluation, logging, security, and quality control mechanisms for AI solutions
Working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Collaborating with AI Engineers, Architects, developers, and business teams
Translating real business needs into scalable AI solutions

Experience creating and deploying production AI or software solutions
Very good knowledge of Python
Practical experience with LLM / GenAI / Agentic AI
Knowledge of topics such as RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, and orchestration
Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph / LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI or similar
Strong software/backend skills—we are looking for someone who can also build backend systems, APIs, and integrations, not just agent-based solutions
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Very good command of Polish and English
Experience with agents, RAG, or prompt engineering alone will not be sufficient. We are looking for someone who can turn an AI solution into a working, stable product.

Employment under an employment contract
Salary depending on experience: PLN 15,000–25,000 gross
Hybrid work—Warsaw office
