AI agents engineer

• Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence agents to support business processes;
• Develop solutions based on Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures;
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, applications, APIs, and corporate platforms;
• Automate processes through the orchestration of intelligent agents and workflows;
• Develop and optimize prompts, tools, memory, and reasoning mechanisms for agents;
• Monitor, test, optimize, and maintain AI solutions in production environments;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the adoption and scalability of implemented solutions.

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI agents;
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar);
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs;
• Knowledge of process automation and workflow orchestration;
• Experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and AI services;
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent;
• Fluent Portuguese is mandatory;
• Intermediate English level (B1/B2).
