Agentic Software Engineer

• Build and evolve product features using an AI-first and agentic development approach
• Turn business requests and ideas into working solutions
• Use AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle
• Review and improve AI-generated implementations
• Experiment with new AI models, tools, and agentic workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate and accelerate development
• Propose better ways of working with AI agents
• Maintain engineering quality while keeping development fast and pragmatic

• Strong software engineering background
• Hands-on experience building software with AI coding agents and LLM-based development tools
• Practical experience with agentic coding or AI-assisted development
• Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Ability to turn a business idea or feature request into a working solution using AI-first development
• Ability to understand, validate, and improve AI-generated code
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new AI models, agents, and tools
• Ability to independently explore and propose better ways of working with AI
• Strong ownership and product-oriented mindset
• Previous software development experience; a specific technology stack is not critical
