JOB PURPOSE
This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team based in the Netherlands. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.
We're looking for a senior visual designer who can take ownership of the visual design and execution of digital campaigns and e-commerce experiences. This role sits alongside the Senior UX Designer and is designed to operate independently, reducing dependency on senior creative leads for day-to-day delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual craft with a good understanding of digital customer journeys. They can translate campaign concepts, brand guidelines and business objectives into engaging digital experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
They understand how to create cohesive visual experiences across paid media, CRM and on-site environments, balancing brand expression with commercial objectives. They know how to elevate a concept creatively while remaining pragmatic about timelines, budgets and delivery.
They're comfortable working across both static and motion design, have a good eye for art direction and storytelling, and can confidently contribute to discussions around customer journeys and campaign execution.
Most importantly, they take ownership, work proactively and can independently lead the visual side of a project without requiring constant direction. They should be able to step into a brief, interpret it quickly, and carry it through to high-quality output with minimal oversight, with directional input from senior creative leadership where needed.
