UX/UI дизайнер

The project is a modern, multi-module system designed to improve maritime logistics processes.

• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with interdisciplinary stakeholder teams;
• Apply the RITE (Rapid Iterative Testing & Evaluation) methodology and Lean UX approach to validate concepts and rapidly implement improvements;
• Conduct user research, prototyping, and usability testing to support data-driven design decisions;
• Translate complex B2B processes into simple and intuitive user interfaces;
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility;
• Develop and expand the Design System and component library;
• Present insights, recommendations, and design rationale to management;
• Adapt design processes flexibly to dynamic requirements in an Agile environment.

• At least 5 years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Practical experience developing B2B or Enterprise software, especially data-dense applications;
• Very good knowledge of Figma;
• Experience designing and creating custom UX/UI solutions;
• Knowledge of Design System standards and design techniques and patterns, including Double/Triple Diamond, Customer Journeys, Personas, Service Blueprints, and Business/Product Canvas;
• Understanding of front-end technologies and practical experience creating commercial products;
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• English at B2+/C1 level.

• Compensation of up to 115 PLN/h + VAT;
