• Evolve and maintain the existing UI foundation in Figma, Storybook, and code;
• Design and refine core UI components such as inputs, buttons, form elements, and patterns;
• Refine and extend a scalable token architecture with support for theming;
• Improve alignment between Figma, frontend implementation, and Storybook;
• Contribute to and improve the design-to-code workflow using Figma Variables, Tokens Studio, Style Dictionary, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Support migration of components toward a token-based structure;
• Shape and maintain contribution guidelines and system standards for design and engineering teams;
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing;
• Explore and support AI-assisted workflows.

• 4+ Years of experience in design systems, design engineering, or related roles;
• Strong Figma expertise including Variables, Auto Layout, Component Properties, and shared libraries;
• Good understanding of frontend development including CSS custom properties, SCSS, and basic JavaScript;
• Hands-on experience with Storybook;
• Familiarity with token tooling such as Style Dictionary or Tokens Studio;
• Strong systems thinking and practical mindset;
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments with designers and engineers.
