PwC Deutschland helps organizations transform their work and operating models through digitalization, energy transition, mobility, and demographic change. Its Public & Energy Transformation Team supports public authorities, public companies, universities, and nonprofit organizations in addressing societal challenges and strengthening public trust.

• Work in a cross-functional team with business, technology, and consulting teams in Public Sector & Energy;
• Develop user-centered interaction and product design concepts;
• Conduct user research, user analyses, and usability tests;
• Collaborate with development and product management to ensure optimal user experiences;
• Participate in projects of PwC’s PET AI Tech-Hub;
• Take responsibility for the relevant design area;
• Present design concepts;
• Plan and facilitate design workshops;
• Conduct design sprints.

• Completed degree in Design, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field;
• Experience designing digital products, ideally with a focus on data- and AI-driven interfaces;
• Conceptual skills at product and experience level;
• Strong visual design understanding;
• Professional experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma and AI Prototyping Tools;
• Confidence presenting design concepts and facilitating design workshops;
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies for close collaboration with developers;
• Knowledge of design system development;
• Experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG;
• Collaborative and independent working style;
• Strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams;
• Analytical thinking, creativity, enthusiasm for innovation, and empathy for user needs;
• Nice to have: Portfolio with projects demonstrating the candidate’s approach.
