• Concept, design, wireframe, prototype, edit, and optimize user flows for the game;
• Work closely with Art, Engineering, Design, User Research, and Analytics teams to create problem-solving designs;
• Incorporate iterative user and team feedback into the development process;
• Create wireframes and prototypes for testing and communicating interactive design solutions;
• Determine information architecture and visual guidelines to provide an excellent user experience;
• Define and implement standards for a consistent, high-quality player experience;
• Assist the Marketing team with user testing and implement results into the iterative process;
• Collaborate with the User Research team to learn about player needs and validate design decisions;
• Follow latest design trends, AI-based UX/UR tools, and experiments to discover innovative solutions.

• 3+ Years of relevant experience;
• Previous experience in designing user experience for games, ideally for mobile;
• Educational background in Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields;
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UX design trends and major platform interaction guidelines;
• Ability to use research and knowledge of gaming culture to empathize with players and develop tailored strategies;
• Ability to animate prototypes demonstrating UI interactions;
• Understanding of cross-platform implementation and technical limitations;
• Desire to work in cross-functional teams;
• Self-starter with a "get things done" attitude and efficient work practices;
• Passion for video games and game development;
• Portfolio showing full UX process from initial brief to final outcome.
