UX/UI designer in insurance

You’ll work on innovation and exploration initiatives for the insurance sector, mainly designing solutions for internal users such as call center agents and sales teams. English fluency is required for this role.

• Design and maintain clear user experiences for digital solutions used by insurance professionals.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI designs based on business and user needs.
• Conduct interviews, usability tests, and other research activities with end users.
• Analyse research findings and turn them into practical design recommendations.
• Explore different technologies and approaches to identify the best solution for each project.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, business stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.
• Prepare research reports, design documentation, and presentations explaining the process and expected benefits of each solution.
• Present your work to internal and external teams, adapting the level of detail to each audience.
• Contribute to workshops, discovery sessions, and early-stage product discussions.
• Keep up to date with new UX/UI practices, research methods, and digital technologies.

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UX and UI design principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience using Figma and other tools for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Solid knowledge of user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, observation, and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to turn research findings into clear concepts, design ideas, and practical recommendations.
• Experience with solution and product conceptualization.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and research findings to internal and external teams.
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work from Barcelona.
