Make is an independent digital agency based in East London. It provides digital agency services and collaborates with an international Sportsbook and Casino gambling industry brand.

• Craft a specific area of the player experience from requirements gathering to polished Figma prototypes;
• Lead and oversee the output of a small team of UX/UI designers;
• Participate in user research, iteration, and feedback processes;
• Ensure user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and compelling;
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Research, and Product professionals to achieve user-centric results;
• Prioritise workloads for yourself and others;
• Solve problems and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control;
• Explore how AI can support workflow and enhance player experiences;
• Challenge the norm with clients and within the team;
• Communicate and present ideas clearly and persuasively;
• Manage time and projects to deliver work on schedule;
• Assist with delivery when needed.
