• Own UX/UI design across key areas of the Gamdom product;
• Turn product requirements and ideas into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma;
• Build and maintain Figma components and design systems;
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to take designs from concept to implementation;
• Create visual assets and UI elements where needed;
• Evaluate the product experience from the user's perspective and identify opportunities to improve it;
• Balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals;
• Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the product;
• Develop a strong understanding of the product and how different features work together.

• Senior-level UX/UI or Product Design experience;
• Strong command of Figma, including prototyping and components;
• Strong visual design skills and excellent attention to detail;
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams;
• Good understanding of digital products, user flows, and product thinking;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual craft;
• Creative and curious;
