ux/ui designer in fintech

The company develops a mobile app and web platform in the fintech industry.

• Own the UX/UI direction for key product areas and ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms;
• Develop and improve UX/UI solutions based on user research, business goals, and product requirements;
• Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile and web platforms;
• Create and maintain consistent, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI designs;
• Conduct UX research, including competitive analysis, user interviews, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis;
• Monitor industry trends and implement modern UX and UI best practices;
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Independently drive the full design process, from problem discovery and research to final UI implementation;
• Strong understanding of product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
• Portfolio featuring fintech projects and strong UX/UI case studies;
• Proven UI design skills with the ability to create and improve high-quality visual interfaces;
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries;
• Experience with UX research and analytics tools;
• Structured thinking, strong visual design skills, and attention to detail;
• English B2+ (spoken and written).

• Gross salary from 2000 to 3000 USD.
