UX/UI designer for web and mobile

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on UX/UI Designer who takes full ownership of Qure’s digital experience across web and mobile. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, cares deeply about usability and aesthetics, and understands how great design directly impacts conversion, engagement, and brand perception.

• Own the UX/UI of the Qure website end to end, including sales pages, landing pages, and key conversion flows.
• Design visually compelling, user-friendly, conversion-optimized layouts aligned with Qure’s brand and business goals, and continuously improve performance, engagement, and conversion through thoughtful design decisions.
• Own the Qure mobile app design, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, on-brand experience.
• Design and refine UI components to create consistency across web and mobile.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve a cohesive design system, including UI components, visual assets, and interaction patterns.
• Improve design workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Analyse user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and heatmaps to inform design decisions.
• Ensure Qure’s brand identity is consistently maintained and elevated across all digital platforms.
• Own visual standards, including typography, colour systems, layouts, and overall digital aesthetics.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design solutions with business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration between design intent and functional execution.

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally within eCommerce or DTC brands
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and user-centred principles
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems
• Ability to balance creativity with structure, usability, and performance
• Data-aware mindset, using analytics and user research to guide decisions
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant direction
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high autonomy
