Design bespoke digital experiences for hotels, destinations, and premium brands, from concept to final pixel
Create and maintain scalable design systems
Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and development teams on end-to-end projects
Raise the visual and user experience quality of projects
требования
More than 10 years of experience designing digital projects
Solid, demonstrable experience with bespoke digital projects, designed from scratch for each brand rather than using templates or themes
Total mastery of Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, and advanced prototyping
A portfolio demonstrating premium websites, ecommerce, and digital products
Above-average aesthetic sensibility and strong attention to detail
Ability to understand the business behind each design, including conversion, customer journey, and brand
Full autonomy and the ability to defend design decisions with clients using sound judgment and data
Candidates with less than 10 years of experience will not be considered
