ux/ui designer for enterprise environments

• Assist with creating wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma;
• Help translate user needs and business requirements into clear user flows and usable interface layouts;
• Support design stages from discovery and ideation to detailed design asset delivery;
• Assist with usability testing sessions and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable design iterations;
• Participate in cross-functional design workshops, design critiques, and alignment sessions with development teams.

• Be currently enrolled in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field;
• Translate user needs into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interface designs;
• Have foundational knowledge of Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, responsive layouts, and prototyping;
• Have an excellent understanding of the Double Diamond framework and core User-Centered Design principles;
• Have a good understanding of foundational UX research methodologies and data synthesis techniques;
• Demonstrate user-centered empathy, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive mentoring and feedback.
