ux/ui designer for 4X strategy games

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. It develops mobile and web games, specializing in the mid-core 4X strategy MMO genre, with Total Battle as its primary cross-platform title.

• Improve and create UX/UI solutions for the game;
• Design interfaces based on documentation;
• Develop user flows, navigation logic, and interaction patterns;
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and UX concepts for new features;
• Conduct basic UX research by analyzing player behavior, identifying pain points, and proposing improvements;
• Validate ideas through prototypes and iterate based on feedback;
• Draw technical interface elements, including icons, dice, buttons, and windows;
• Draw art for interface windows, icons, collages, and small illustrations;
• Define and describe animations and interface effects for developers and animators;
• Prepare assets and transfer them to developers;
• Perform author’s control of layouts.

• 3+ Years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer;
• Understanding of game interface usability principles;
• Experience designing interfaces for mobile and browser/PC games;
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma;
• Skill in drawing 2D graphics;
• Appropriate portfolio, especially with strong UX cases;
• Desire to develop in UX/UI;
• Love of games;
• English at A2 — Pre-Intermediate level;
• Nice to have: a portfolio of mid-core style game interfaces, experience with 4X strategy games, interest in mobile games and current industry trends.
