задачи
- Participate in a 4-month intensive traineeship program;
- Work on real-world design challenges and projects;
- Collaborate with experienced mentors and design teams;
- Engage in research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system development;
- Participate in regular design reviews and feedback sessions.
требования
- English proficiency at Intermediate+ level (verbal communication);
- Completion of UI/UX Design courses;
- Confident use of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools;
- Portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or another platform;
- Understanding of UX processes and interface design principles;
- Understanding of responsive design;
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work with feedback;
- Nice to have: German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher, Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Experience conducting UX research.
