We are looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer with professional-level poker knowledge to help us build next-generation poker learning, training, and coaching experiences. This is not a traditional UI-focused design role. The ideal candidate deeply understands how serious poker players think, study, review hands, identify leaks, practice, and improve — and can translate complex poker strategy, data, and training concepts into intuitive product experiences.

Own end-to-end UX and Product Design for poker learning, coaching, and training experiences.
Translate complex poker strategy, analytics, and technical concepts into clear, intuitive UX.
Design learning journeys around practice, feedback, progression, skill assessment, and improvement.
Explore experiences involving training drills, hand analysis, simulations, personalized coaching, and AI-powered feedback.
Work closely with poker experts, players, Product, and Engineering.
Conduct research, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative validation.
Use product data and behavioral insights to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
Help establish scalable UX patterns and design standards.

Professional-level poker knowledge — mandatory
Strong end-to-end Product / UX Design experience
Experience designing complex or data-heavy digital products
Strong interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and usability skills
Ability to simplify complex systems and decision-making
Strong product judgment and comfort working with ambiguity
Excellent collaboration with Product, Engineering, and domain experts
Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on Product Design work
Fluent or highly proficient English
