ux designer for D2C eCommerce

Bosch develops beneficial technologies across mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology, and energy and building technology. Bosch Power Tools creates products for craft, industry, home, and garden, while its global D2C eCommerce operations support customer-centric sales channels across countries. The role contributes to end-to-end products delivered to Global OEMs.

• Design and execute user-centric process flows, interfaces, and interactions across all D2C channels;
• Translate user research and requirements into practical design deliverables;
• Independently develop wireframes, mock-ups, and detailed user process flows for new features;
• Collaborate with the UX Design Lead to maintain cohesive visual and structural standards;
• Map step-by-step user processes, transaction paths, and system interactions;
• Build prototypes and click-dummies in compliance with design guidelines, process rules, and brand standards;
• Assist in gathering user insights and translate them into user-centric improvements;
• Contribute to detailed user interactions, visual UI components, and global site structures;
• Collaborate with the UX Design Lead, product owners, and development teams to deliver digital experiences;
• Contribute to the growth and documentation of design systems, user flows, and UI component libraries.

• Degree in Marketing, Online/Performance Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience;
• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes;
• Expertise in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools;
• Experience with user research methodologies and translating user insights into practical design solutions;
• Experience contributing to and working with design systems and UI component libraries;
• Solid understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, online purchasing behavior, and usability principles;
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams;
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills;
