UX designer for banking platforms

Comarch develops advanced web platforms for the banking sector, including credit systems.

• Design usable services and user interfaces for Comarch products on web platforms for the banking industry, specifically the credit domain
• Collaborate daily with analysts and developers on development and implementation projects
• Contribute to defining and clarifying business requirements for systems under development
• Test and verify designed applications for usability and compliance with requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in interface design and practical knowledge of UX/UI
• Experience creating complex applications and maintaining and developing design systems
• Advanced practical knowledge of Figma
• Strong knowledge of digital accessibility principles (WCAG)
• Experience working with both internal and external clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, knowledge sharing, persuasive reasoning, and openness to constructive criticism
• English at least B2, sufficient for fluent communication
