Pasiona Consulting is a technology consultancy and Microsoft partner that designs, develops, and implements custom software applications for clients across multiple sectors.
задачи
- Lead UX design projects from end to end;
- Conduct user research and usability testing;
- Define personas, customer journeys, and user flows;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma;
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders;
- Advocate for user needs in multidisciplinary teams;
- Ensure accessible designs based on WCAG standards;
- Participate in Agile processes and collaborate with distributed teams.
требования
- Degree or Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related discipline;
- 4–7 Years of experience in UX Design;
- Experience leading complex design projects;
- Solid portfolio with user-centered solutions;
- Advanced proficiency in Figma;
- Experience with User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, Prototyping, and high-fidelity design;
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and Inclusive Design;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with Product and IT teams;
- Collaborative mindset, empathy, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience working in Agile environments;
- English;
- Nice to have: Adobe XD or Sketch, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
