• Gather and evaluate user requirements with the line manager and product managers
• Create design assets, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and propose solutions
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research
• Ensure a consistent, branded look across the company’s products
• Adjust layouts based on user feedback

• Hold a BSc/BA in Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Have 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or in a similar role
• Have experience reading software documentation and producing design prototypes
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centered approach
• Be able to estimate and meet deadlines, maintain high quality standards, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
• Know wireframe tools
• Have excellent knowledge of Figma
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
