ui/ux designer for internal content operations tools

The Content Platform covers content distribution and collections workflows across several internal product areas. It provides internal tools for content operations, including content delivery and asset management.

• Support scoped production design work for the Content Delivery and Asset Management team;
• Create end-to-end product design deliverables, including research input, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI;
• Design dense, data-heavy interfaces, including tables, filters, bulk actions, status and state handling, mapping, and configuration UIs;
• Collaborate with product and engineering on problems involving data models and user interface design;
• Review legacy tools and help define what to keep, merge, or remove as existing systems are redesigned;
• Work within the existing design system and contribute improvements to it;
• Present work in reviews, incorporate feedback, and communicate questions early to unblock progress;
• Grow into owning individual workstreams within the Content vertical.

• 5+ Years of product design experience;
• Experience designing complex B2B products or internal tools;
• Experience with end-to-end product design, including research input, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and follow-through with stakeholders and engineering;
• Experience designing dense, data-heavy interfaces;
• Experience with tables, filters, bulk actions, status and state handling, mapping, configuration UIs, and admin or back-office tooling;
• Experience redesigning existing systems and working with legacy tools;
• Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering in an embedded consulting environment;
• Strong Figma skills;
• Experience working within and contributing to an existing design system;
• Ability to work hours with substantial daily overlap with US Eastern;
• Ability to present design work clearly in review sessions;
• Ability to take feedback well and communicate proactively;
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner as an embedded consultant;
• Nice to have: experience supporting content distribution and collections workflows, experience working on content delivery and asset management products.
