ui/ux designer for fan engagement platforms

Sportech is building a digital infrastructure platform for sports clubs, leagues, academies, and federations worldwide. It enables organizations to launch branded fan engagement ecosystems featuring memberships, livestream monetization, digital gifting, ticketing, prediction features, merchandise, and interactive experiences under a revenue-sharing model with no upfront cost for partners.

• Lead UX discovery, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and final UI delivery for iOS, Android, and web fan applications;
• Design seamless, low-friction interactions for high-velocity, real-time match-day features;
• Build and maintain an atomic, highly configurable design system supporting multi-tenant theming, typography, color palettes, and component scaling for partners and leagues;
• Conduct user testing, map user journeys, and review analytics to optimize conversion funnels across onboarding, token wallets, subscriptions, and ticketing flows;
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Frontend/Mobile Engineers on pixel-perfect implementation, motion and micro-interactions, and accessibility standards.

• 4+ Years of UI/UX and product design experience delivering high-scale consumer mobile applications;
• Deep mastery of modern interface design, design tokens, component libraries, and interactive prototyping;
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics, livestreaming UX patterns, and sports fan behavior;
• Proven experience designing scalable multi-brand mobile products;
• Nice to have: experience in sports, gaming, streaming, or fintech.
