• Demonstrate strong visual design skills by creating polished, modern enterprise web experiences, including complex data-heavy workflows, dashboards, and scalable interaction patterns;
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces across large-scale enterprise ecosystems;
• Define and maintain enterprise-level design systems, component libraries, interaction patterns, and UX governance standards;
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices in compliance with WCAG guidelines and usability standards;
• Transform complex workflows, domain-specific concepts, and data-intensive processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences;
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, responsive behavior, and high-quality implementation fidelity;
• Facilitate workshops, design critiques, stakeholder alignment sessions, and cross-functional discovery activities;
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Strong proficiency in modern UX methodologies, including design thinking, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design;
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS products, dashboards, workflow-heavy applications, or data visualization interfaces;
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, responsive design principles, and mobile-first best practices;
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems using Figma or similar tools;
• Ability to present and defend design decisions using user research, analytics, and business objectives;
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Designer role;
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders in Agile environments;
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in Agile settings;
• Experience facilitating user interviews, usability studies, and stakeholder workshops within enterprise environments.
