Wargaming is an online game developer and publisher whose titles reach millions of players across major gaming platforms. Its flagship free-to-play games include World of Tanks, World of Warships, and World of Tanks Blitz.

• Design and maintain complex UI systems supporting gameplay mechanics, features, and interconnected product areas
• Define interaction patterns, scalable information architecture, and reusable design solutions within the assigned scope
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, UI guidelines, component usage rules, and design standards
• Lead UX analysis of complex features using player feedback, research findings, analytics, and usability data
• Ensure UI solutions support gameplay clarity, accessibility, engagement, retention, and player experience goals
• Identify usability risks, implementation constraints, and design inconsistencies, and drive improvements across systems
• Mentor less experienced UI designers and support design quality through reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align UI solutions with product, technical, and artistic objectives

• At least 2 years of experience designing complex, intuitive interfaces for games or interactive products
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and player behavior
• Ability to design scalable UI systems and establish reusable patterns and standards
• Experience using analytics, user research, and feedback to inform design decisions
• Ability to lead discussions, resolve design challenges, and influence cross-functional decisions
• Experience mentoring designers and supporting team members’ professional development
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
• A portfolio showing game UI design work, the design process, and final results
