• Help define the future of the studio’s digital output
• Shape experiences across technology, healthcare, wellness, and automotive
• Set visual design direction and deliver work across multiple platforms, including multimodal AI experiences, UI, motion design, and 3D prototypes
• Own creative output
• Guide more junior designers and influence the studio’s evolution

• Experience delivering high-impact work in a fast-paced creative agency environment across a range of industries
• Ability to articulate the thinking behind design work to clients, teams, and users
• Proficiency with AI tools and their thoughtful integration into the workflow
• Understanding of 3D and motion design
• Strong creative thinking and technological curiosity
• Strong typography, hierarchy, layout, interaction, and visual execution skills
• Adaptability and passion for creative work
