DataSnipper builds software that automates repetitive, time-consuming work for audit and finance teams. Its platform connects workflows to real documents and audit evidence, helping teams work faster with traceability and confidence.

• Lead visual and UX improvements across key product areas and ship elegant, accessible, production-ready designs;
• Evolve the DataSnipper design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and usage guidelines;
• Define and document UI/UX standards for the product organization;
• Prototype rapidly, including “vibecoding” prototypes, to explore solutions and align stakeholders;
• Collaborate with AI and Frontend teams to ensure AI-generated prototypes and UI follow established patterns and quality standards;
• Partner with UX designers on research by planning, participating in, and synthesizing usability tests and interviews;
• Translate research insights into design decisions grounded in user needs, data, and product strategy;
• Work with PMs and engineers to scope, iterate, and deliver outcomes;
• Track and communicate the impact of design improvements to product leadership and stakeholders.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI craft and clear ownership of a design system;
• 5+ Years of experience designing and shipping products in a B2B SaaS environment;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar tools, with strong component and system thinking;
• Experience with modern AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Cursor;
• High-ownership mindset with proactive problem identification, alignment, and follow-through to delivery;
• Strong communication skills and ability to present work clearly to senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally;
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
• Nice to have: familiarity with audit, finance, or regulated enterprise workflows.
