задачи
- Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement;
- Embed user needs into design decisions through insights and research;
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality;
- Work with researchers to uncover actionable feedback and guide usability improvements;
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts;
- Define and maintain design guidelines across all products;
- Lead design initiatives while balancing timelines and multiple priorities;
- Design user journeys that simplify complex tasks;
- Improve product performance after launch through continuous, user-centered enhancements;
- Maintain, evolve, and improve the design system and use it to ensure consistency.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience designing complex commercial apps;
- Portfolio showcasing strong design work;
- Experience with SaaS products;
- Figma expertise and strong knowledge of components and design systems;
- Experience evolving design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web;
- Strategic thinking and the ability to clearly explain design decisions;
- Understanding of the technical impact of design choices;
- Self-directed approach and ownership of the design process;
- Strong UX focus and deep understanding of human behavior;
- Clean, refined visual design sense;
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on challenges;
- Continuous learning mindset and desire to grow with the team;
- Proactive, confident, and effective communication skills;
- Ability to present work and articulate design decisions to different stakeholders.
