• Lead end-to-end product design, including understanding requirements, conducting user research, exploring concepts, and delivering high-quality design outcomes;
• Create user flows, wireframes, and visual designs on a day-to-day basis;
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and refine designs based on feedback and data;
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, validate assumptions with users, and ensure a consistent, accessible experience across platforms;
• Contribute to design documentation, maintain design systems, and help evolve the overall product and design strategy.

• Strong product design and design thinking skills to lead end-to-end design processes and solve complex problems in a structured way;
• User research and UX research skills to plan and execute studies, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions;
• Visual design skills to create clear, attractive, and consistent interfaces aligned with brand and usability standards;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to deliver high-quality product experiences;
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with familiarity with design systems and component libraries;
• Ability to present and explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively;
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centered mindset, with comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Tashkent;
• Nice to have: relevant education or equivalent experience in design, HCI, product design, or a related field; experience in tech product environments.
