Picnic designs and operates a grocery shopping platform serving customers in The Netherlands, Germany, and France. Its consumer mobile app supports the daily shopping experience for hundreds of thousands of people.

• Own the design of new features from beginning to end;
• Sharpen project briefs based on explorative research with UX researchers and product owners;
• Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes for weekly testing and evaluation with real users;
• Document final interaction and UI design requirements to brief and support developers during development;
• Support the development and maintenance of design libraries and systems;
• Explore new ideas to initiate projects and improvements.

• Completed degree in a relevant design field, such as CMD, UX, Interaction, or Product Design;
• 0–3 Years of experience as a UX designer;
• Portfolio with user-centered design cases demonstrating problem-solving capabilities;
• Hands-on experience in exploratory research to discover and define user problems from scratch;
• Strong curiosity about understanding customers;
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to create high-fidelity designs aligned with a design system;
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset;
• Fluent English;
• EU work permit;
• Open to working on-site full-time.
