• Conduct user research and gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points;
• Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Collaborate with product owners to define product goals, features, and design requirements;
• Develop design strategies aligned with product vision and business objectives;
• Participate in project planning, timelines, and sprint cycles;
• Design intuitive user interfaces according to brand guidelines;
• Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries;
• Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout;
• Conduct usability testing sessions;
• Analyze user feedback and metrics and iterate on designs;
• Work with development teams during implementation;
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to balance technical and business constraints;
• Communicate design concepts and rationale and obtain buy-in for design decisions.

• 4+ Years of experience in product design;
• Experience working with large-scale design systems in complex organizations;
• Proficiency in Figma and component-based design principles;
• Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights;
• Experience designing web products, especially admin panels and dashboards;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong user research skills;
• Expertise in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
