• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address customer needs
• Support research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Apply insights to iterate on designs and improve user experience
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to ship impactful features
• Present findings and design proposals to stakeholders
• Manage project tasks, track progress, and share updates with global teams
• Receive feedback and guidance through regular reviews to support development

• Be in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related field, graduating in 2028
• Have a predicted first-class degree or equivalent grade
• Have solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Be passionate about design, innovation, and creating customer-first experiences
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Be fluent in English
• Be available full-time for summer 2027
• Be able to attend a Revolut office in the country of employment at least 3 days per week

• The internship lasts 8–10 paid weeks

• Around 3 days per week in the office, where role and location allow

• Roles are filled on a rolling basis
• Krakow: PLN9,500 - PLN9,500 gross monthly*; Poland: PLN9,500 - PLN9,500 gross monthly*; other locations: compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
