Revolut provides financial products for spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling, helping customers manage their money.

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems
• Research user needs and share insights to guide design decisions
• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly
• Run customer testing and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions
• Review product performance after release and identify opportunities for improvement

• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree grade or equivalent
• Degree in design or a similar field
• Proactive attitude and a love of problem-solving
• Fluent English
• Ability to learn quickly, with an ambitious and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
• Available full-time from early or late 2027
• Able to attend a Revolut office in the country of employment at least 3 days per week

• The Graduate Programme lasts 12 months
• Visa assistance, travel costs, and first month of accommodation are provided (conditions apply)
• Around 3 days per week in the office, where role and location allow
• Krakow: PLN13,200 - PLN13,200 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN13,200 - PLN13,200 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
• Applications open from May 2026; recruitment process runs from July to December 2026; programme starts in March or September 2027
