Product designer in crypto casinos

We are a crypto casino and sportsbook, with our own product and engineering team. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who has already shipped at a crypto casino and wants to own the entire player experience.

• Benchmark against the best in the category and turn the findings into a ranked backlog
• Design the best possible experience for each item and ship it with our product and engineering team inside the sprint
• Keep every change consistent through a design system
• Attach a metric to every change and track whether it moved
• Direct our UI/UX designer, who executes in Figma, and report to the product lead

• Product that is live today at a crypto casino or iGaming platform, and the ability to show what you personally owned (lobby, wallet, bet slip, VIP/rakeback, onboarding)
• 5+ years in product design, at least 2 in iGaming or crypto
• Experience taking a live product from a full UX review to a ranked backlog to shipped changes
• Mobile-first instincts
• Expert Figma skills, including components, variables and Dev Mode handoff, and experience building or maintaining a design system
• Experience working inside sprints with developers and cutting scope to ship
• Comfort with funnel analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar) and the ability to name the number a change should move
• Business-level English and availability of about 30 hours a week from mid-November
• Будет плюсом: Sportsbook and bet slip experience; Crypto wallet UX: networks, confirmations, explorer links and status states

• Independent contractor, paid hourly, about 30 hours a week, ongoing
• Competitive rate, agreed with you
• Fully remote, based anywhere in Europe, with working hours overlapping Central European Time
