• Collaborate with team members at all levels to identify and solve problems across current products and pioneer new solutions for the Internet’s privacy layer
• Explore and test concepts that improve the product experience and appeal to a broader audience
• Lead high-impact projects autonomously, from ideation through execution, and deliver against success criteria
• Make product-related design decisions and contribute to the team’s privacy-by-design approach

• 6+ Years of experience in product design roles, including 2+ years in senior-level design positions at significant global consumer brands
• Manage projects of varying complexity from proposal through execution and release, working transparently with cross-functional stakeholders and contributors
• Push creative limits while solving challenging design problems and delivering delight, craft, and exceptional quality
• Communicate visual and interaction recommendations using high-quality mockups, prototypes, and rationale
• Apply agentic solutions to project management and design workflows to accelerate work and improve its quality
• Write creative briefs that define and communicate project goals, rationale, and success metrics to stakeholders
• Use qualitative and quantitative data in research and experimentation to drive decisions
• Manage ambiguity, develop solutions to vague problems, and execute with a focus on metrics
• Take initiative to generate and advance ideas with urgency and discretion while working openly and collaboratively
• Educate, guide, and support others, and maintain execution quality across designated design areas
• Participate in product prioritization, strategy, and user testing

• Compensation varies by region: United States: $190,500 USD; United Kingdom: £134,600 GBP; Canada: CA$253,500 CAD; all other regions*: €157,350 EUR
• Team members outside the US, UK, and Canada are currently paid $178,500 USD. Pay converts to the EUR amount above on January 1, 2027 for Spanish team members, and approximately February 1, 2027 in all other regions
• Stock options
• Company-sponsored health benefits are limited to team members based in the United States and do not extend to team members in other countries, such as Canada or the UK
• Paid parental leave, office setup, and co-working allowances
• Flexible work arrangement with no core hours; average commitment of 40 hours per week
• Travel at least twice a year for an all-hands meetup and a team retreat, each around 4–5 days; attendance is strongly encouraged, though extenuating circumstances may affect it
