Tabby is building a complete money app that helps people and businesses send, spend, and save. Founded in 2019, the company serves customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, with millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services, and small businesses relying on its products.

• Design a new product area covering a deals marketplace, loyalty, and cashback from concept to production;
• Develop a deep understanding of the product logic and business context behind each feature;
• Work with the Product Manager to unpack business requirements, reframe problems, and create design solutions that improve business metrics and user experience;
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and base decisions on user insights;
• Partner with a UX Writer to create clear and consistent product communication;
• Work with the engineering team throughout delivery and own the quality of what reaches production.

• 5+ Years of product design experience, including experience with consumer products at scale;
• Strong product thinking and the ability to balance business goals with user needs;
• A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production-ready UI;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers;
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and high craft standards;
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous zero-to-one product spaces;
• Ability to optimize workflow with AI tools;
• Nice to have: experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products; hands-on experience with UX research methods and data-informed design decisions; experience contributing to or working within a design system.
