product designer for international eCommerce

Aubay Spain operates in business consulting and services, supporting digital and technology initiatives for international markets.

• Design and optimize the user experience of an international eCommerce across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase;
• Work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams;
• Propose improvements and challenge existing solutions;
• Contribute to the evolution of the international Design System;
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure correct implementation and maintain design quality.

• 8–10+ Years of experience in Product Design / UX-UI;
• Advanced Figma skills;
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI, Design Systems, responsive design, and mobile-first principles;
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
• Experience or knowledge in analytics, CRO, experimentation, and A/B testing;
• Demonstrable experience in high-volume eCommerce, marketplaces, or digital retail;
• Experience working across multiple countries or markets;
• Hands-on and proactive profile with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders;
• English at C1 level;
• Nice to have: A portfolio showing measurable business results and impact.

• Hybrid position in Barcelona;
