• Improve the user experience of the Crisp app;
• Design smart, innovative solutions and improve existing functionality;
• Design better onboarding experiences;
• Develop more effective ways to showcase products;
• Create additional options for business customers to align weekly orders with their lunchers’ needs and preferences;
• Contribute to every stage of the design process, from research to implementation;
• Design user flows and overall user experience;
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, in-house developers, and Product Designers;
• Take ownership of design work with a high degree of autonomy.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Product Designer;
• Relevant HBO or WO degree in strategic design, interaction design, or digital visual design;
• Proven outcomes from work in a scale-up or digital agency environment;
• Clear vision of usability and UX;
• Experience with analytics and quantitative analysis;
• Strong sense of color, typography, iconography, composition, and aesthetics in relation to brand experience;
• Courage to propose new, well-founded ideas;
• Critical thinking and an open attitude;
• Fluent Dutch at C1/C2 level;
• Interest in experimenting with AI for prototyping or extracting insights from existing customer research;
• Experience with Figma.
