• 5+ Years of experience designing complex commercial apps;
• A portfolio showcasing strong design work;
• Experience with SaaS products;
• Expertise in Figma, components, and design systems;
• Experience evolving design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web;
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly;
• Understanding of the technical impact of design choices;
• Self-directed approach and ability to take ownership of the design process;
• Strong UX focus and deep understanding of human behavior;
• Clean, refined visual design sense;
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on challenges;
• Continuous learning mindset and desire to grow with the team;
• Proactive, confident, and effective communication skills, including presenting work to stakeholders.
