• Own design execution for wallets end to end, from concept and prototype to launch and iteration;
• Turn complex, conceptual ideas into simple experiences for first-time wallet users;
• Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes quickly, using available tools, including AI;
• Partner daily with product, engineering, and research, and present work clearly to leadership;
• Raise the quality bar across shipped products;
• Contribute to strategic decisions about the future of the wallets.

• 5+ Years of product design experience, including shipping live products in wallets, crypto, or fintech;
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design, and prototyping;
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI tools for accelerating ideation;
• Working understanding of crypto networks, fees, and self-custody, and how they shape user experience;
• Ability to make complex concepts feel obvious through plain language;
• Proactive approach to identifying problems early and bringing solutions;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with weekly releases;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience designing for emerging markets or first-time financial users, design systems experience at scale.
