• Own the UX quality of the assigned area, from information architecture and flows through pixel-level execution;
• Run discovery end to end by talking to customers, reviewing data, and deciding what is worth building;
• Prototype quickly with AI vibe-coding tools, test with real users, and validate concepts before engineering sprints are scoped;
• Turn prototypes into clear specifications and stay involved through delivery;
• Contribute to and strengthen the design system through concepts, principles, and consistent production execution;
• Use product metrics and user feedback to evaluate whether shipped work was effective.

• 5+ Years of experience designing digital products;
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking from insight to shipped experience;
• High proficiency in Figma, including component and design system work;
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail;
• Hands-on research experience with interviews and usability tests;
• Ability to turn research findings into concrete changes;
• Ability to read product metrics and translate them into design decisions;
• Fluency with AI tools for prototyping and building, or strong motivation to learn them quickly;
• Ability to create a working prototype without being an engineer;
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding how products are built;
• Nice to have: SaaS, creator economy, marketplace, or EdTech background, frontend familiarity with React or similar, German language skills, familiarity with AI tools for analysis, prototyping, or shipping code.
