YouGov helps make millions of people’s opinions heard for the benefit of local, national, and international communities. Crunch is its data experience platform and core technology for syndicated data products, custom research, and a first-party research hub.

• Articulate design strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, aligning work with strategic key results
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and the wider Design group to ensure consistency, usability, and feasibility
• Contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle
• Maintain and evolve the Data Experience Platform design system in sync with other Platform teams
• Monitor performance and usage data and other key measures to identify opportunities and measure the impact of the team’s work
• Design and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions
• Use quantitative and qualitative sources to understand how customers use the tools, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of solutions

• 5+ Years in a Product Design role, with a portfolio of shipped products
• Proven experience designing data products, dashboards, or analytics interfaces
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong foundation in typography, iconography, and colour theory
• Experience building design research plans and conducting user research
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Poland: Base salary of approximately PLN 200k-260k per year, plus bonus and benefits
