• Use Figma extensively, including advanced auto-layout, design systems, and interactive prototyping
• Collaborate with founders, developers, and stakeholders to solve business and user challenges
• Apply strategic product thinking to improve usability, retention, and product growth

• 5+ Years of senior-level product design or UX/UI experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data-heavy dashboards, AI-powered products, enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and complex web and mobile products
• Advanced mastery of Figma
• Deep understanding of UX strategy, user behavior, and dashboard usability best practices
• Experience creating scalable design systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Immediate availability
• Ability to work 30+ hours weekly
