• Extensive strategic design leadership experience demonstrated through a compelling portfolio;
• Proven impact as a Principal or Staff Product Designer influencing cross-organizational product strategies;
• Strong systems thinking for designing interconnected user journeys across complex digital ecosystems;
• Proficiency with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and lifecycle metrics;
• Strong interaction design and prototyping skills;
• Ability to create polished micro-interactions and customer touchpoints;
• Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to articulate design rationale to senior leadership;
• Expertise in modern design workflows, including AI-assisted tools;
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;
• Track record of delivering large-scale digital products that drive user and business growth;
• Several years of experience influencing product strategy in a senior individual contributor capacity without direct authority;
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams;
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion;
• Nice to have: Experience designing end-to-end journeys across web and native mobile platforms, knowledge of scalable information architecture and design systems, familiarity with modern AI workflows for design exploration and production.
