- Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery;
- Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences;
- Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts;
- Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale;
- Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently;
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

- Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products;
- High ownership and strong decision-making ability;
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on optimization mindset;
- Ability to connect creative, data, and strategy;
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools;
- Excellent product thinking and interaction design;
- Strong portfolio showing consumer product case studies;
- Clear evidence of product thinking;
- Real shipped work.
