product designer for B2B Lifecycle

Tabby is building a financial system and money app that enables people and businesses to send, spend, and save. The company serves customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, with millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services, and small businesses relying on its products.

• Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, from first entry to a fully activated account;
• Turn document-heavy, regulated processes into clear, guided experiences with transparent statuses, meaningful feedback, and no dead ends;
• Design activation experiences for financial products and help partners understand their availability, value, and usage;
• Design tools for managing organizations, teams, roles, and permissions inside the product;
• Work with the Product Manager to understand business requirements, identify underlying problems, and translate them into design solutions serving business goals and partner needs;
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions with real partners;
• Collaborate with a UX Writer to make complex, formal content readable;
• Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of production releases.

• 5+ Years of product design experience, including meaningful experience with complex, logic-heavy products;
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with multi-step flows, edge cases, states, and rules;
• Ability to simplify dense, formal, regulated processes into experiences users can complete without help;
• Strong product thinking and understanding of business context and partner needs;
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers;
• High craft standards and care for the quality of shipped work;
• Ability to optimize workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster;
• Nice to have: experience with B2B, SaaS, admin panels, or other professional-user products; experience with fintech, KYC/verification flows, or other regulated domains; experience designing roles, permissions, and multi-user account structures; experience contributing to or working within a design system.
