• Redesign navigation, dashboards and installment origination flows;
• Build a complete design system with tokens, components, states and documentation;
• Turn payment, overdue, collection and merchant-performance data into clear dashboards;
• Work with Product and Engineering from concept to production;
• Define consistent interface rules for all new screens.

• 2+ Years of experience designing dashboards, CRM, admin panels or data-heavy B2B tools;
• Strong Figma skills: components, variants, layout, variables and prototyping;
• Ability to design complex tables, filters, forms and multi-step workflows;
• Confident use of AI tools for research, prototyping and documentation;
• Ability to explain design decisions using reasoning and data;
• Nice to have: SaaS, CRM, POS or retail software experience.
