• Own major AI-native bets end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration;
• Set a design vision for the “Sessions” surface and influence adjacent product areas to maintain coherence;
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define principles, quality standards, and success metrics, then drive toward them;
• Prototype and test interaction models quickly, including novel agentic and conversational patterns;
• Raise the bar for interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.

• Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces, ideally including AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products with meaningful autonomous system actions;
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with a track record of shipping work that measurably improves product experience;
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into clear direction, and act without waiting for perfect clarity;
• Systems thinking about how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape feasible UX;
• Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making;
• Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central;
• Track record of tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces and shaping products from early-stage bets through execution;
• Ability to use user and customer feedback to address real needs, including enterprise requirements around quality, compliance, and scale.
