• Co-create product vision and strategy with Product and Engineering, shaping priorities and opportunities
• Own complex, high-impact and greenfield work end-to-end, from vision and direction to shipped experiences
• Create distinctive interaction and visual experiences by exploring alternatives and refining details
• Coach and mentor designers, influence teams beyond the immediate area, and evolve design practices and standards

• Staff, Lead, or equivalent experience in a mature product design organisation, working on consumer-facing, mobile-first products at scale
• Experience shaping product vision and strategy in close partnership with Product and Engineering
• Exceptional interaction and visual craft, strong product judgment, a clear point of view, and an experimental mindset
• Experience coaching designers, raising craft standards, and influencing how teams work
• An intentional approach to AI in design, including judging where it adds value and assessing output quality
